Obwc100 machine only need worker to do:
wire spool installed, suitable pitch gear installed, loop size and number per piece correctly selected, cutting position adjusted, choose automatic or sensitive or foot panel processing mode, start work.
Machine feed wire automatically, cuts a piece, stop, cut the second wire automatically;
count the loops and piece and cut it at a preselected number;
cutting position at the middle of two loops;
touch screen to choose speed, pitch size, set loops per piece, change control mode(automatic, sensitive, foot panel), adjust machine other action;
optional autosensitivefoot panel running.
