We manufacture twin parallel screws that are fitted in various plastic machines. Our parallel screws can be modified based on the machine make and model diameter ratio, considering the material and output requirements for maximum optimum performance. The screws manufactured by us have a high surface area and a low shear screw design, optimizing the homogeneity of melt and maximizing extruder productivity. This, in turn, provides a long-lasting life for both screws and barrels.

Parallel or conical-twin screw and barrel are mainly used for processing PVC products, such as PVC pipes, profiles, sheets, pellets, WPC sheets.

Bimetallic Parallel & Conical Twin Screw and Barrel

Bimetallic twin barrels thus solve the defect of short service life and low wear-resistance of nitrided twin barrels, rewriting the history of only manufacturing bimetallic single barrels but no bimetallic twin double barrels in the domestic land.

WC-10 tungsten carbide alloy, with the characteristics of high hardness, high hard-wearing and corrosion resistance, and high temperature resistance. The hardness of the alloy layer reaches HRC60-65, thus providing a service life 5-8 times longer than the nitrided one. It is suitable for processing PVC plus calcium powder, building plastic templates, pipes, sheets, WPC, hanging plates, and other engineering plastics.

Type-1: The base material is SKD61, Din 1.8519, or 1.8550, with hardening and then nitriding. The surface hardness of the screw can reach HRC60-65, thus possessing characteristics of high wear and corrosion resistance.

Type-2: The base material is 38CrMoAla, and the screw flight undergoes high-temperature spraying of Ni-based alloy powder. The surface hardness can reach HRC58-62, thus possessing characteristics of high wear and corrosion resistance.
