It is featured bu plasticizing homogeneity, color proofing and filling modification. Heating zone: 5 aluminum heaters equiped at charging barrel area, 1 heater at handpiece, with the outside covered by safety fan cowl. 4. Cooling facility: Soft water circulating cooling is adopted in the whole section of the charging barrel. 5. Driving system: Geared motor and reduction gear torque distribution integration. 6. Feeding device: 0 to 50 rpm frequency control of motor speed screw force feeding.
