Two Color Flexo Printing Machine (YT-2)

We manufacture, export and supply Two Color Flexo Printing Machine (YT-2) from Zhejiang, China. The main purpose of this printing machine is to print packing materials like cellophane, roll paper etc. The printing is done with 1, 2,4,6,or 8 colours and the width varies from 200 mm to 3200 mm. It is used for printing of paper packing bags used in supermarkets, clothes store etc. The machine functions with three different speeds as described below :

• Machine having speed of 50m/min with spur gear configuration, metal anilox, the ink used is rubber roller translates ink and the rising and down plate is done manually.
• Machine having speed 80m/min with helical gear configuration, ceramic anilox, and the rising and down plate is hydraulic.
• Machine having speed of 100m/min with synchronous belt configuration, ceramic anilox and rising and down plate is hydraulic.
