Two Ply Coir Yarn

To get the quality of two-ply Coir yarn from the Coconut Fiber, we have to use the following Machines. Willowing machine cleans the wet Fiber. The Fiber is formed in sliver form to use the Slivering machines and to spin as Coir yarn by the Coir Spinning Machine. To get the quality of yarn the basic raw material , Coir Fiber should be good. The Willowing Machine cleans the Fiber. The Willowing Machine cleans the pith and hard bits from the Fiber.
