Extruded Aluminium Two Way Throw Rectangle Ceiling Diffuser

Extruded aluminium rectangle ceiling diffuser with two way throw from centre, and extruded aluminium core which is spring loaded and removable. Different construction available for flush type and tegular ceilings. Collar damper available as accessory for supply air. The frame and blades are of high quality extruded aluminium profiled construction with the advantages of corrosion resistance and rigidity. Diffusers shall be coned type with each cone manufactured by extruded aluminium louvered profiles, arranged in concentric cones to deflect air equally in four directions. Damper is fixed rigidly to the frame by aluminium rivets. Fixing by spring clips as option. Opposed blade damper is lever operated from the face opening of the diffuser after removing the internal core. Damper blades are separated from its frame by nylon gears and bushes bushes. This product can be manufactured for one-way and two-way throws. Diffusers are available in rectangular sizes as per clients choice, with standard increments of 75 mm in listed size.
