The company operates with high end manufacturing facilities, advanced & multilevel quality control. At matrix we have fully auto grid casting, pasting, curing, drying machines for better accuracy. Our battery assembling consists of fully automatic assembling line, automatic acid fillers, constant multi circuit chargers specially designed for motorcycle and vrla batteries. We undergo all the chemical tests in our laboratory. We also have a complete setup for battery testing and the batteries randomly undergo through all the testing procedures.
At Matrix all inward raw materials are being cross checked for their specified standards. The PE glass separators are evaluated for their durability & resistance to wear & tare. We at Matrix use quality chemicals to prevent the batteries from deep discharge & other manufacturing defects.
