TYPHI DOT

Recombigen ClearTyphi Typhoid test is intended used for qualitative detection of IgM and IgG antibodies to S.typhi in human serum / plasma / whole blood as in aid of diagnosis of typhoid. It is based upon lateral flow immuno assay and LPS antigen to S.typhi have been used for coating on nitro cellulose membrane and anti human IgM / Protein-A is conjugated to colloidal gold to have better sensitivity and specificity. Specimen of choice is serum / plasma / whole blood and result can be obtained within 5-20 minutes.  Recombigen ClearTyphi Typhoid test is available in 40T pack and has shelf life of 24 months from date of manufacturing if stored at 2-30⁰ C under sealed conditions.
