Tyre Building Machine

Our tyre building machine is based on high efficiency tyre building process, high uniformity of tyre built and high level of automation. We use unistage 3-drum technology having carcass building drum, belt building drum, shaping drum, carcass transferring and belt transfer ring aligned in single axis. It posses high-capacity reels for sidewalls, steel chafer, innerliner, steel cord, shoulder cushion and belts. It also has automatic measuring function and cutting system of the pre-assembled profile (sidewalls & innerliner), carcass, shoulder cushion and belts. The machine is well equipped with PLC configuration having distributed control system software with fault diagnostics, technological parameters setting and also recipes management.
