U-bend tubes are mainly used to enhance the design of heat exchangers where is there are space constrains and heat transfer are required to be done on faster basis. Special care is being taken in packing this product to avoid any variation in U-bend radius during transit.
The U-bend tube quality is guaranteed by means of hydrostatic and pneumatic tests, eddy current tests and non-destructive tests (hardness, dimensional, dye penetration inspection.
