Uco Flex Scanner

The UCO Flex is a manual, one-axis encoded scanner designed for inspecting circumferential welds on pipes and flat surfaces. Its hinged, flexible frame adapts to pipe diameters starting from 114 mm (4.5 inches) and larger, providing stable and consistent probe contact for accurate ultrasonic testing. The adjustable frame grips the pipe securely, while spring-loaded probe arms maintain proper pressure to achieve clear, repeatable inspection results. Magnetic wheels help the scanner stay firmly attached to ferromagnetic surfaces, allowing smooth manual movement around the weld. The scanner can be configured with up to eight probes for phased array, pulse-echo, or TOFD inspections, making it suitable for various inspection needs in standard or tight spaces.
