Uco Lite Scanner

The UCO Lite Scanner is a compact manual scanner specifically designed for Time of Flight Diffraction (TOFD) weld inspection on pipes and flat ferromagnetic surfaces. It provides a stable scanning platform for two ultrasonic probes, ensuring reliable data collection during circumferential or flat surface scans. The scanner attaches securely to the surface using magnetic wheels, allowing steady and controlled movement even when working in inverted or tight positions. Its lightweight aluminum frame and simple adjustments make it practical for field use, easy to transport, and quick to set up without the need for specialized tools. The UCO Lite supports accurate and repeatable inspections while helping operators maintain consistent probe alignment and cable management throughout the scanning process.
