UHT Full Cream Milk is a creamy coloured milk with a characteristic taste. Taste may vary slightly due to seasonal variations and source of ingredients. Milk is organoleptically typical of variety and free from any contaminants or taints.
A powerful heat treatment ensures that all microorganisms and heat-resistant enzymes are deactivated. Long-life milk can be stored unopened out of the refrigerator for extended periods, but must be refrigerated once opened.
