Ukraine Ukrsepro Declaration Conformity

Declaration of imported goods in Ukraine - a document in which the manufacturer declares the conformity of its products acting in Ukraine normative documents. The declaration shall be registered in the certification body. Validity from 1 to 3 years 
Regulated by the Decree 342 Derzhspozhyvstandard from 01.12.2005 and the Order of the State Committee of Ukraine for technical regulation and consumer policy from 14.10.2010 N 467 "About zatverdzhennya Pereliku produktsi, scho pidlyaga otsintsi vidpovidnosti vimogam tehnichnih reglamentiv in Ukrani." 
Declaration of Conformity is introduced for the partial replacement of mandatory certification. In contrast to the certification, the manufacturer or his authorized representative, under its sole responsibility of the states corresponding output current regulations. 
The declaration of conformity is valid as well and instead of mandatory certification. If the product has been removed from the list of products subject to mandatory certification and requires the declaration, the manufacturer may certify the products voluntarily. 
Demonstration of compliance is from 1 to 5 days. Send documents to any destination in Ukraine (Kiev, Dnepropetrovsk, Kharkov, Odessa, Donetsk, Lviv)
