Ultra High Vacuum Valve

The company is engaged in the process of manufacturing and development of a range of UHV Valves. Applied for low and Ultra High Vacuum applications. We manufacture these valves in SS 304 L, SS 316 L, Inconel 625, Inconel 718, Monel and Hastelloy. Our precision machining combined with good surface finishes give minimum out gassing. Metallic bellows are imported by us from Germany, USA and UK. A variety of options are available for Seals and Helicoflex seals are supplied to us by leaders in the industry. Our bellow assembly are cyclic tested for 20,000 cycles and beyond. Our manufactured valves work efficiently at 1 x 10¹¹ mbar.lit/sec. which are used in high critical applications.
