Ultrasonic Sensor Test Rig

The ultrasonic parking sensor test rig is an End of Line System developed for final testing of Rear parking sensors developed by NIPPON AUDIOTRONIX India. The Sytstem check all the test parameters of the sensor like Distance, Voltage, Current etc by carefully producing and excitation signal and recording the echoed response of the same using National Instruments Hardware and LABVIEW software meanwhile the Current and voltage parameters are monitored using Digital Multimeters and oscilloscopes. A custom Report for all the tests is generated and saved followed by BARCODE printing for the part.
