Contact SupplierThe transducer converts high-frequency electrical energy into high-frequency mechanical vibrations. And it contains several piezoelectric ceramic discs sandwiched under pressure between two metal blocks.
Between each disc is a thin metal plate, which forms the electrode. When a sinusoidal electrical signal is fed to the transducer via the electrodes, the discs expand and contract, producing axial vibrations.
Ultrasonic transducer, ultrasonic generator and ultrasonic horn constitute a whole ultrasonic system. The applications of ultrasonic welding are extensive and are found in many industries including electrical and computer, automotive and aerospace, medical and packaging.
Whether two items can be ultrasonically welded is determined by their thickness. If they are too thick, this process will not join them. This is the main obstacle in the welding of metals. However, wires, microcircuit connections, sheet metal, foils, ribbons and meshes are often joined using ultrasonic welding. Ultrasonic welding is a very popular technique for bonding thermoplastics. It is fast and easily automated with weld times often below one second and there is no ventilation system required to remove heat or exhaust.
Application
1. Automobile: (Traffic) Ultrasonic can be controlled by computer program to weld large and irregular workpieces such as bumpers, front and rear doors, lamps, brake lights, etc. With the development of high-grade roads, more and more reflectors are welded by ultrasonic.
2. Home appliances: After proper adjustment, it can be used for: portable fluorescent lampshade, steam ironing door, TV shell, recording, transparent panel of sound machine, power rectifier, screw fixing seat of TV shell, mosquito reducing lamp shell, washing machine dehydration tank, etc. Sealed, strong and beautiful household appliances.
3. Packing: The sealing of the hose and the connection of the special packing belt.
4. Toy industry: Because of the use of ultrasonic technology to make products clean, efficient and firm, it eliminates the use of screws, adhesives, glue or other auxiliary products, reduces production costs, and greatly enhances the competitiveness of enterprises in the market.
5. Electronics: Use automation scheme design to enable users to achieve large-scale production while ensuring product quality requirements.
6. Other commercial uses: Ultrasonic equipment can be used from communication equipment, computer industry, printing equipment to audio and video products, etc.
