Ultraviolet Inspection Cabinet

" Shital " U.V. cabinet is compact light unit suitable for use in any laboratory , bank , offices and other places where long-wave , short -wave , U.V. inspection is to be done. In addition to U.V. sources a white visible daylight is also provided in cabinet for convenience of placing samples. It is designed to examine samples under long wave U.V. of 365nm or short wave U.V. of 254 nm . A thin layer chromatography (tlc) plates of 30 mm x 250mm can be placed inside the cabinet. The unit is useful for examination of documents , stamps, notes, cheques, for forgeries and also for plant specimens, minerals , textiles , bacterial or frugal culture, vitamins, paper chromatogram and other laboratory and investigative procedures.
"Shital" U.V. is all acrylic sheet fabricated , tough unit having magnetic latch door from front and two sides and top viewing window. It is compact and needs very little table space of 12" x 15". The unit is very light and portable. The rubber leg gives vibration on free operation. The inside paint is special shade which is U.V. Absorbing. This prevents the reflection of U.V. radiation t\o the viewers eyes. The observation window is specially designed and placed at correct angle and distance which is most convenient for observations from standing or seated positions.
All the components fitted inside the unit are covered and there is no obstruction while observing the samples. Any components like tube, switch, choke etc. Is easily replicable and very convenient for servicing. As the doors are also provided from two sides , it is possible to inspect long samples without disturbing the structure.
