Vibrators are drive elements for all types of vibratory equipments. These are in particular conveyor troughs, screens, vibrating tables and silos for all types of bulk handling material. Vibrators are also use in construction industry as internal or external vibrators for the compaction of concrete. Industrial applications are mainly conveying, compacting, emptying, cleaning, testing and feeding of all kinds of products. Vibrators are used in almost all industrial areas in chemical feed industry and food industry, pharmaceutical industry, electronics, foundries, construction industry, animal feed industry and in the packaging industry.

Construction & Technical Features
1.Power Supply:Three-phase voltage up to 690V, 50 Hz or 60 Hz or single-phase 100-130 V, 60 Hz and 200-240 V, 50Hz (single-phase types are supplied without capacitor); suitable for use with an inverter from 20 Hz to the base frequency with constant torque load profile.
2.Polarity:2, 4, 6 and 8 standard poles.
3.Conformity with European Directives:Low voltage 73/23/CE; Electromagnetic Compatibility 89/336/CE.
4.Reference Regulations:EN 60034-1, EN-50081-1, EN-50081-2, EN 50082- 1, EN-50082-2, IEC/EN 61241-0, IEC/EN 61241-1.
5.Functioning:Continues service (S1) at maximum declared centrifugal force and electric power. Intermittent services are also possible depending on the type of vibrator and the operating conditions. For detailed information, contact our technical department.
6.Centrifugal force:Range extended up to 26000 Kgf. (254 kN), with centrifugal force adjustable from 0 to 100%.
7.Mechanical protection:IP55 according to IEC 529, EN 60529.IP65 on Request
8.Shock-proof protection:IK 08 according to IEC 68, EN 50102.
9.Insulation class:Class F (155° C), Class H (180° C) on request.
10.Tropicalization:Standard on all vibrators, with vacuum impregnation up to gr. AF 33 and 35, with “drop by drop” trickle system for larger size.
11.Environmental temperature:Standard PTC rated thermistor heat detectors 130° C (DIN 44081 44082) from size 70, on request for smaller sizes. On request, thermistors with different temperatures and anti-condensation heaters.
12.Fixing of the vibrator: In all positions and therefore without restrictions.
13.Lubrication:All vibrators are lubricated in the factory and do not require further lubrication if used in normal operating conditions. Periodical re-lubrication may be applied to size 35 and larger.
14.Terminal box:Large fixed electrical connections. Special shaped terminals allow to fix the power supply cable, protecting if from loosening.
15.Electricmotor:Three-phase asynchronous type. Designed for maximum starting torques and torque curves specific to requirements of vibrating machines, insulated windings using vacuum encapsulating up to size 35; using the “drop by drop” trickle system with class H resin for larger sizes. The rotor is die cast aluminum.
16.Casing: S.G. Iron sizes & shape that improves heat dissipation and lowers normal working temperature at full load.
17.Bearing flange:Cover:Constructed in S.G. Iron the geometry of the flange transmits the load to the casing uniformly.
18.Bearings:Custom made with particular geometry, especially designed for EMI, suitable to support both high radial and axial loads.
19. Motor shaft:In treated steel alloy resistant to stress.
20.Eccentricweights:Allow continues adjustments of the centrifugal force. This adjustment is realized by a graduated scale, which expresses the centrifugal force as a percentage of the maximum centrifugal force.
21.Weight covers:In aluminium alloy. On request, weight covers in stainless steel AISI 316 are available for some models.
22.Painting:Electrostatic surface treatment based on polymerized epoxy polyester powder in oven at 200° C. Tested in salt spray for 500 hours.
