• Crank Shaft : Crank shaft is made of special alloy steel machines to close accuracy and fitted in bronze bushes for perfect alignment.
• Flywheel : Properly sized flywheel, is made of high grade cast iron & balanced for storing and releasing adequate energy for the cutting operations.
• Gears : Gears are of cast steel of fabricated Gear teeth are genereted by hobbing to reduce the noise level of running machine.
• Table & Ram : Table and ram are made of heavy duty Steel material. Those are perfectly aligned each obtain quality cuttings.
• Lubrication : An efficient lubrication systems has been provided for lubricating the sliding surfaces and parts The Lubrication is achieved through hand pump and Electrical Pump also.
