Unilose A (Thin Boiling Starch)

Unilose A is a modified starch produced from corn by synthesis under specific process conditions & parameters. It has medium viscosity, which does not change with temperature like native starches. Unilose-A is suitable for denim yarn. It has very good adhesion for cotton fibre which will gives you proper coating on denim yarn.

Application

• Unilose-A is Medium viscosity modified starch used for sizing denim yarn along with other sizing ingredients like Softener, Binder etc.
• It is having excellent film strength & gives the best weaving efficiency with less droppings on sizing as well as loom.
• It is compatible with all other sizing ingredients like Polyvinyl alcohol, CMC, Acrylics etc.
• Its solution is stable & do not thicken not even after standing for long time
• Highly strengthening the yarn with better coating property. Improve yarn to yarn as well as yarn to loom abrasion resistance.
• Reduces the hairiness with great extend & produces smooth surface.
• It can be easily removed by traditional Desizing process.
