Unilose-E is a modified starch produced from corn by synthesis under specific process conditions & parameters. It has medium viscosity, which does not change with temperature like native starches. Unilose-E is suitable for all cotton, viscose, polyester- cotton blend yarns. It has very good adhesion for fibre which will gives you proper coating on yarn.
Application

Unilose-E is medium viscosity modified starch used for textile sizing along with other sizing ingredients like Softener, Binder etc.
It is having excellent film strength & gives the best weaving efficiency with less droppings on sizing as well as loom.
It is compatible with all other sizing ingredients like Polyvinyl alcohol, CMC, Acrylics etc.
Its solution is stable & do not thicken not even after standing for long time
Highly strengthening the yarn with better coating property. Improve yarn to yarn as well as yarn to loom abrasion resistance.
Reduces the hairiness with great extend & produces smooth surface.
It can be easily removed by traditional Desizing process.
