Unipac Silver 80, Automatic, metal tube filler, sealer rated from 20 to 75 tubes per minute – depending on materials and application. Tube size range: 10mm – 40mm in Diameter; 2" – 10" in Height. Fill range: 1.5 – 450ml with proper change parts. Equipped with 20" ID x 24" deep agitated product hopper and compression auger, 24" diameter, 12 station turntable, 25" x 28" tube magazine, photo eye registration, tube cleaner, no tube no fill, bottom up fill, 400 ml piston, 58" OD positive cut off nozzle, two crimping and folding stations, emboss coder, ejection station with chute and interlocked safety guarding. Change parts requires to accommodate size range. All 316 stainless steel contact parts.
