when w11s series rolling machine with universal upper-roller is pre-bending the terminal of plate, they can freely set the length of the straight edge, if the up-roller is down with certain press, it will achieve high degree of accuracy of pre-bending.
By continuous bending and exactly accurate pre-bending of the terminal it can get products with top accuracy, then the up-roller is resembling a drum in structure which help the rolling machine to roll a wide range of plate and get ideal products. And one-person operation and easy operation also increase efficiency .
Performance characteristics:
the machine roller can be moved up and down, also can move horizontally, the move up and down roller is used to change the sheet bending curvature, back and forth motion is used to change the roller to roll shaft under two symmetrical heart line vertical position, realize the plank end bending and meet various technological requirements needed for the bending, so no need to add the additional equipment such as press and a feeding, don’t need to be diverted to the plate can be completed at both ends of the bending and forming of bending function, and the calibration for the finished piece.
