"diko - unistain" - universal stainer media
(multifunctional pigment dispersing media)
while dispersing dry pigment, we expect full value from expensive organic and inorganic pigment and optimum output from the equipments.
it acts as a grinding vehicle for highly concentrated dispersions, it wets and deflocculates pigments without causing much foaming which adversely affects the film properties.
physical properties:-
appearance - yellow / light yellow oily liquid.
ph - 6.0 to 7.0 & nonionic in nature.
chemical nature - it is blend of proven emulsifiers surfactants and stabilizers
stability in hard water & lime - good
compatibility - in alkaline & acidic medium

same as lvidsp
it proves that our products eliminates floating of pigment with better dispersing effect. It reduces grinding time & improves flow properties. It is ideal with latter dispersion e.g. Pigment like pthalocynine blue in combination with lemon chrome (bus green shade).

note:-
if you are manufacturing universal stainer from pigment paste take unistain media, defoamer, pigment paste, lvdisp (not necessary) & extender in high speed stirrer and stir it. And finally clean stirrer with unistain media.
