Universal Thermocouples

With the several years of experience and knowledge, we are engaged in offering Universal Thermocouples. These Universal Thermocouples that we offer have universal application and have available in varied sizes. Besides, these Universal Thermocouples are dimensionally accurate in size.

• For ceramic, glass and refractory industries: Thermocouples used for high temperature applications are Pt/Pt Rh type. Pt/Pt Rh 13%, 10% or 30% can be used depending upon the operating temperatures. German make re-crystallized high alumina pythagoras KER-610, KER-710, SS 310 or inconel 600/800 grade tubes are provided as protection sheaths. High alumina tubes can withstand temperatures up to 1850 Deg C.
• For heat treatment furnaces: Heavy duty K(Cr/Al) type Thermocouples are used with outer SS 310, inconel 600, incoloy 800 or ceramic KER-610 tubes as protection sheaths. This sheathing posses good resistance to oxidation at higher temperature. These are available in simplex or duplex with straight or L type. Mineral insulated Thermocouples with outer SS 316 or inconel 600 grade sheath (simplex or duplex) in diameters 1.0 mm, 1.5 mm, 3.00 mm, 4.5 mm, 600 mm, 8.00 mm are also offered. Thermocouples with single or multi bore insulators or junction blocks are used in laboratory applications for air temperatures. Handheld Thermocouples connected to portable indicators can be offered for sensing the temperatures of metal surfaces.
• Cement, chemical, fertilizer industries: As per the requirements, these Thermocouples and RTDs are used. Different sheath materials are used depending on the application.
