W11snc series high precision upper roll universal rolling machine technology is introduced from japan with following characteristics:
(1) the upper roll is in drum shape and there are carrier rollers under the lower roll for auxiliary adjusting. It can roll wide range of the plates from thin to thick into the products with high straightness.
(2) unique rear rolling process and continuous curve can avoid �dead curve� and �convex shape� happened to the work piece, so it can make the high precision products.
(3) it adopts the upper roll direct pressing manner to make the preflex at the end of the plate to control the length and shape of the surplus straight edge, so it can finish the high precision preflex at the end of the plate.
