MR-TECH PIPES (PVC SCHEDULE 40 PIPES),
PVC Schedule 40 pipe is used for potable and drainage and water flow applications. Schedule 40 PVC pipe can handle up to 140 degrees F in temperature. Pipe lengths come in standard 5 meter or 6 meter sections. PVC schedule 40 pipe is available in plain end or belled end that do not require coupling for installation. Pipe sizes range from ½” through 6” in diameter. Ease of installation and many application uses are only two great benefits of PVC pipe. Schedule 40 PVC pipe is designed to handle fluid pressure applications as well as many chemicals and corrosive materials. It is recommended to use a strong, sturdy primer and cement when installing schedule 40 pressure pipe. A standard medium set PVC glue is recommended for sizes up to 6” in diameter. When gluing pipe over 6” you should use a slow set glue to provide ample time in getting connections done properly and securely.
