One of the major advantages of UV flatbed printings is that it will print on a wide variety of materials. While traditional paper is an option (and works just fine for things like posters), flatbed printers can adjust to fit materials as wide as several inches. This makes them ideal for a wider variety of projects, and particularly for signage that needs to be tough enough to withstand regular use, transport, etc.
