UV Roll To Roll Printer

UV roll-to-roll drying tunnel needs special adjustment comparing to typical application. Power supply control and lamp control requirements are higher.

It is necessary for external control from printing machine with feed back communication.

Closing reflectors (shutters) combined with STAND BY feature of power supply is a must. Mostly used forced air lamp's cooling needs to be properly designed for both situation: opened and closed shutters.

In typical application shutters are closed and opened about 10 times per minute together with power change from min. level to full power (in most situations). Such working conditions are very hard for mercury high voltage switches used in conventional power supplies. May also cause voltage peaks transmitted into wiring system.

Our high frequency power switching system is devoid of above defects. It also gives possibility to follow the voltage-current lamp's characteristic for optimal working conditions.

It constantly monitors lamp's power providing exact cooling level with changing surrounding conditions (2 position reflector)
