Vacuum Batch Cooker is suitable for cooking candies, toffees, gum based products as well as for making jelly or liquid for the purpose of central filling. All the contact parts of the cooker are made of food grade stainless steel or other recommended materials for use in food products.
The ideal design of Vacuum batch cooker is made with well proven experience which make it very easy to operate and maintain. Its upper jacket is made of stainless steel and welded which leaves no chance of leakage and gives unlimited service if properly maintained. The lower vacuum plan is also jacketed and is water cooled to avoid the heating of pan and sticking of mass. A rotary vacuum pump is fitted on the rear side of vacuum cooker on the same base plate to avoid long pipe lines and vacuum leakage.
All the electrical operations in the vacuum batch cooker are made from a spacious panel board which includes a digital temperature indicator for accurate batch temperature measurement and an electronic timer which automatically switches off the vacuum after preset time adjusted from the front panel.
