2.operation principle of serial briquette machine
this serial briquette machine uses main motor to transmit the motive powder to speed reducer through the v-shape triangle belt and to main drive spindle through coupling, and then uses the main driven split gear to send it to the main driven spindle to make the two rollers fall into step (inverted running with uniform speed )
3.structure and components of briquette machine
it mainly consists of a frame(or an underchassis), speed reducer, upper and lower frame, spindle seat, main spindle, main bearing, coupling, king roller, side roller, wheel hub, main driven gear, ball socket deviation adjuster, bearing seat, main assemblage of papilionaceous springs, oil cylinder, piston, oil pump, feeding funnel and output belt.
