applied vacuum technology manufactures iso flanges in accordance with iso standards so they are compatible with other manufacturers’ flanges and fittings.
Iso flanges and iso fittings feature quick and simple assembly so they are ideal for high vacuum system applications to 10-8torr and they are bakeable to 150°c (with viton o-ring).
Iso flanges are designed for use with tubing sizes from 3" to 6" od. Applied vacuum manufactures these iso flanges from type 304 stainless steel using the same methods used in fabricating uhv vacuum flanges to assure the integrity of all vacuum components.
The same ultra high vacuum(uhv) cleaning procedures are used to clean iso flanges and iso fittings so they are ready for use as received.
