1. Application and brief introduction
it is used for teaching, scientific research and production.
it is mainly used for nonmetal materials, carbon composite materials, ceramic materials and metal powder materials hot-press sintering experiments in vacuum or protected atmosphere.
2.main functions
the highest working temperature is 2200 centigrade.
high precision control system (precision control hot press sintering temperature, pressure, suppression rate).
the equipment has up and down suppress oils,the working pressure can be adjusted according to customer technical requirements;
temperature is adjustable, it can remains at a constant data for a peroid.
3.main configuration and technical requirements
normal working temperature 1600 centigrade to 2200 centigrade, the highest temperature can reach 2500 centigrade
load warming time is less than 10 hours, load cooling time 20 hours.
temperature uniformity less than 20 centigrade.

the vacuum system use high vacuum system ,include rom dimitrios pump units, rotary vane pumps, vacuum measuring device and manual vacuum valve. The highest vacuum can reach 5* 0.001pa.
