Functions：

Equipped at the start terminal of SMT line to achieve sucking or delivering board automatically. The stacked bare boards are automatically fed into the back-end equipment by vacuum adsorption, reducing labor cost, increasing production efficiency.

Features：

1.Fully steel structure, welded with metal plate and high temperature spray coated for the outer surface.

2. Control system adopts a Mitsubishi PLC , operated by touch screen interface.

3. The nozzle is made of flexible silicone suction cups, curved surfaces that can be adsorbed.

4. The suction plate structure adopts a closed-loop motor, lifting stable and accurate stopping.

5. The width of guide rail can be automatic adjusted, the measurement of material size is completed through the interface operation.

6. Material stacking is convenient; stack capacity with 150-200 pieces depending on the thickness of the board.
