Speciatiality of Winner Electronics is we manufacture vacuum packing machine for different applications. This model is also unique like Printing ink tin container (canister) Vacuum packaging machine. This machine is made for packing woolen blankets where upon the volume of the blanket is reduced and more blankets can be shipped in single container. Again We are the first to make this type of machine in India. Vacuum chamber size of this particular model is 1100 wide x 800 deep x 150 mm high. The acrylic viewing window is provided to observe the process. As the weight of the lid is 125 kg it is operated by Pneumatic cylinders.
The cycle time is 45 seconds for two folded blankets of 400 x 500 mm.
