Vacuum Pans is used for further processing of the syrup that comes out from evaporator section of 60O Brix which is converted into 90O Brix to 100O Brix that leads to formation of sugar crystals in pan. For efficient process support, pan uses three types of massecuite - 'A', 'B' & 'C'.
