Vacuum Suction Machines

We provide Vacuum Suction Machines which are used for sucking excreta or sludge from cesspools and septic tanks. Tank capacity varies between 3000 to 6000 liters and it is mounted on a trolley or truck. Normal suction head is 5 m water column. For a trolley mounted tank, pump is driven by diesel engine. In case of truck mounted tank, PTO of truck gear box is used to supply power. At the time of emptying, pressure is generated inside the tank by the pump. The pump is with Blow Back Facility with a 4 way valve for pressure and vacuum selection. A 30 m long hose is provided for sucking the sludge. For discharge, a butterfly valve is provided at the bottom of the tank.
We can also provide the unit with high pressure jetting pump to dislodge any jamming in the open ditch / drainage. The tank is divided in two parts, Fresh Water for jetting and empty tank to store sludge. When not is use, the Jetting hose (with suitable nozzle) is stored in the reeling drum.
