Tube furnaces are another kind of laboratory furnace that is used in tensile testing, stress rupture testing, melting components and annealing etc. These units are equipped with quartz tube and vacuum flanges with suitable heating elements. iLabot tube furnaces feature rugged construction, easy operation and excellent temperature accuracy. We make horizontal tube furnaces that adopt 40, 60, 70, 80 and 100 mm quartz tubes and a pair of steel vacuum sealing flanges. These units are designed to work on 1100°C, 1300°C and 1500°C and equipped with digital programmable PID controller for excellent temperature accuracy throughout cycle. During in our 25 years we have manufactured and supplied so many furnaces to various Government and private sectors in India. We supply these units with complete installation and commissioning facilities.
