Valve Guides

All of our Valve Guides are manufactured with most precision tooling & advanced techniques and from high quality Alloy Cast Iron and checked at every step of production. We also manufacture Valve Guide in Bronze or Brass material as per customer requirements. Our Valve Guide has hardness in range of 180 - 220 BHN. Valve Guide has micro structure of matrix pearlite with 5% free ferrite. We are also provide thread or spiral in inner diameter of Valve Guide to retain oil for long time between Valve and Valve Guide & increase life both.
