Valve Guides

Valve Guides are made from Grey Cast Iron and CuZnAl-alloy material GREY CAST IRON of perlitic structure with high phosphorous content. 
The perlitic structure and the reticular phosphide distribution along with the good graphite formation give high wear resistance / friction less operation to the valve and improved running properties in poor lubrication condition.
The available ranges are suitable for light, medium and heavy duty applications. CuZnAl-alloy Guides are with excellent wear resistance and low coefficient of friction. 
Used for highest stressed guides.  The available ranges are suitable for light duty applications.
