Valve Spring Wire Manufacturing

Since 2010, Mubea has had its own up to date valve spring wire manufacturing facility in Weißensee near ErfurtGermany. For many years, Mubea has been manufacturing inductive, tempered wires for the production of axle springs. For the manufacturing of valve spring wires, the experience gathered over the years offers a broad basis to draw from. Consistent application of inductive technology in wire or spring production taps the optimum material characteristics for the finished spring. In the middle of 2011, we started delivering valve springs made from Mubea valve spring wire to our customers. In 2012, Mubea will be in a position to manufacture a great part of its global valve spring wire demand in its own facilities.
