Vanaspati Ghee Plant

Vanaspati is a fully or partially hydrogenated vegetable cooking oil, often used as a cheaper substitute for ghee. We specialize in manufacturing vanaspati plants for production and processing of the oil. The produce can be used for daily food or as a raw material for soap making. Our engineers successfully installed 25 Ton Plants in Gujarat, 50 Ton Plant in Bihar, 15 Ton Plant in Kamataka and 25 Ton Plant at Dor-Es-Salaam.
Vanaspati PlantWe also specialize in building Industrial Hard Oil Plants with hydrogenation gas generation system. Hydrogen gas required for the hydrogenation reaction is obtained by the electrolysis of water. The gas is compressed in high pressure storage cylinders from where it is drawn for use in the processing plant.
