Vanilla Bean

From the exquisite, hand-pollinated blooms of the vanilla orchid, the only fruit-bearing orchid, comes the vanilla bean—the source of one of the world's greatest flavors. After the beans are hand-picked, they are fully sun-cured. With its luscious taste and aroma, vanilla also has important nutrients such as calcium, magnesium, B vitamins and fiber.
The flavor is perfect for richer desserts and recipes that call for chocolate, caramel, or other deep flavors. These are are rich and sweet and the thinnest type.
