VathalKulambu masala is a typical Chettinad masala. It is mainly used in South India. It is added to gravies and curries mainly fish curry, chicken curry and egg curry. The percentage of chilli powder is high. Fenugreek, cumin and turmeric are the other important ingredients. It gives that extra spice to food. We add no additives to our masala blends. Â Â
