products provide proven corrosion protection. The protection is provided while the part is in direct contact with the metal part and also while at a distance also. It means even while the part is away and at a distance in packed condition and not in direct contact with the film, the entrapped saturated volatile molecules atmosphere of the VCI protect the part.

The nitrite-free VCI chemicals protect metal parts against the corrosive effects of moisture, salt and other contaminants while they are in process, storage or transit.

VCI Polyethylene film has its own unique properties as a packaging material.

You may choose VCI Film as per 
Thickness: 50 micron / 75 microns / 100 microns / 120 microns / 150 microns / 200 microns. We also manufacture Customised desired thickness with special extra strengths etc.
Colour: You may choose an colour : Blue / Yellow / Green or Transparent.

We also provide VCI films in required Customer two colour prints with Customer Logo.

The corrosion inhibitors are extruded right into the polyethylene film, not superficially applied. As a result, the volatile and contact inhibitors provide long-term corrosion protection for the most intricate and hard-to-reach surfaces.

The corrosion protection is clean, non-discernible, with no strong chemical odor.

VCI film is transparent for easy inspection and identification of parts.

It will not affect the performance of the protected metal.

The parts are READY TO USE immediately after removal from the packaging without additional cleaning.
