Introduction:
screw press with crusher is a kind of dewatering screw press. When operating, first crushing the fruit or the vegetable, then squeezing the crushed fruit or vegetable, this process can enhance the dewatering efficiency.
Screw press is a dewatering machine which separates the liquid from solids. The main part of screw press machine is screw, the screw diameter along the solid discharge direction gradually increased and the screw pitch gradually reduced. When the raw material is pushed by a screw, the raw material is pressed because of the reduction of the volume of the screw chamber.
The raw material is added into the hopper and pressed under a screw pushed pressure, and its pressed liquid flows through the filter screen to the liquid holder at the bottom, the solid is discharged through the annular clearance between regulating head and screw, the annular clearance can be adjust by regulating head axial movement.
