The mast of this equipment is made of strong mild steel tube and its carriage is  equipped with steel channel. The solid steel plate fabricated carriage platform is mounted on a square shaped steel made tube frame.

Operation
The light equipped push button stations have key role in indicating the position of carriage and status of doors. All the call stations of this product consist of E-stop buttons.
Carriage
Featured with platform panels and safety components like snap chain, the carriage of this equipment is useful for providing strength.
Electrical
The capacity of control voltage for all of its switches and momentary push button stations is 24 volt. The manufacturing technique of push button stations conforms to NEMA 12 standard.
Mechanical Drive
The carriage of this machine is driven by an electrically operate fail-safe brake motor and reducer. The dual chains have been incorporated to ensure the safety of its operator and to extend its service period. The drive system is simple to maintain.
Safety System
During power outage, the fail-safe electric brake locks the carriage. The slack chain switches stop the functioning of motor in case the chain becomes loose. The chain brakes are effective in safeguarding the carriage during chain failure. The limit switches are useful for indicating proper level.
Security Enclosures (Optional) 
The panel and gate frames of this equipment is made of steel angle with expanded metal cover. These enclosures are required to check the entrance of persons into a moving lift. The double swing interlocked gates stops personnel from entering to the carriage during its operation.
