Vertical Band Sealers

Vertical Band sealer is used to seal thermoplastic bags of any size, length and thickness up to 500 micron. The sealing width is adjustable up to 10 mm.The sealing process is the same as the horizontal band sealer which requires the operator to feed the pouch between two rotating rollers on one side of the machine. The pouch is then automatically guided through two heated brass jaws followed by a cooling zone and then finally passes through the embossing rollers which provide a dotted impression on the seal. The filled pouch rests on a motorized conveyor belt. The heat and the conveyor speed is adjustable using a thermostat and a pot. Band sealers are ideal for medium to large scale production where sealing speed is a major factor. These machines are used to seal a variety of products such as Coffee, Chemicals, Spices, Soaps, Sauces, Snacks, Cookies, Chocolates, Cereals, Dyes, Grains, Pet Food, Pastas, Pastries, Flour, Parts, Vegetables etc.
