Vertical Cutting Machine (V4A)

The vertical bandsaw machine V4A is an automatic version of the highly popular manual V4 machine. It has been designed for the purpose of cutting small foam pieces with greater consistency and higher production than a manual machine. The machine has a Stationary table and the Cutting head travels to and fro, which results in saving of critical space in the factory. The foam sheets get gripped in between the twin rest plates which move together. The size to be cut is controlled digitally through a color touch screen. The automation is controlled by PLC logic.
